Prior to joining the Board at ARA, Logen served as the President of DRS ICAS (Intelligence Communications, and Avionics Solutions), a wholly owned subsidiary of DRS Technologies, Inc. with operations in Buffalo, NY; Dayton, OH; Merrimack, NH; Horsham, PA; Herndon, VA; and Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Mr. Thiran’s background includes technical staff and senior management positions with Bell Labs in the area of signal analysis and communication systems. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Thiran founded, grew, and took organizations to acquisition by Fortune 500 companies.
Logen has also published several scholarly papers in various IEEE and other technical journals in the areas of Image Processing, Signal Processing, Microwave Circuit Design, and Communications.

Mr. Pradeep Wahi is the Chairman of Antenna Research Associates, Inc., which he acquired in 1989 from its founder Doc Masters. He is the Chairman of PowerMax Global LLC, and he is also the Founding Member of Blu Venture Investors. Additionally, Mr. Wahi is a current and past Board Director of other privately held and Publicly Traded Companies, and an entrepreneur and Adviser for Cross-National Ventures.

Mrs. Anu V. Wahi is the Executive Vice President of Antenna Research Associates, and has been a Board Member and Advisor to the company since 1994. Prior to joining ARA, Mrs. Wahi held Senior Management positions at First American Bank. Mrs. Wahi is also a Board Member of the non-profit Muse District which focuses on promoting inter-cultural dialogue through artistic expression.

Mr. Thomas M. Brandt, Jr. has served on the Board of Directors of Antenna Research Associates since 1989. He was a Board Member and CFO of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSYS), where he was an officer from 1997 until its sale in 2016. He is currently a Board member of Osiris Therapeutics (NASDAQ: OSIR), and has served on other public company boards. He has been the CFO or Controller of several other corporations, including a Fortune 500 New York Stock Exchange Company, and is currently vice chair of the YMCA in Central Maryland. Mr. Brandt began his career with Price Waterhouse, where he worked for 12 years.

Dr. Salisbury is CEO of Innovative Solutions 21, a technology advisory and consulting company with customers in the corporate and Defense industry. Dr. Salisbury retired in 2014 from Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Sector Vice President of Business Development for the Information Systems Sector. He led efforts in identifying, shaping, and acquisition of new business, domestic and international. He was instrumental in determining where to invest in technology vital to the success of the $7B sector. Earlier, he was General Manager of a $110M business unit supporting the intelligence community.
Dr. Salisbury retired from the United States Air Force as a Brigadier General. His experience includes Command of a $300M Wing responsible for developing and deploying technology and Director of an Organization responsible for developing and fielding new C2 and Intelligence capabilities.
He has experience in private equity, new business startup, program management, business turn around, program management and acquisition.
He has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the George Washington University, Washington D.C., a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and executive development training from Syracuse University & Johns Hopkins University, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and Harvard Business School.

At Antenna Research , we design, develop, and manufacture Antennas and RF Systems for both military and civilian applications. ARA supplies antennas for Communication Networks, RF Surveillance, RF Jamming, Public Safety Networks, and Civilian markets.
ARA products cover all of the commercial and military frequency bands from 10 Hz to 80 GHz.
Antennas optimized for specific bands, as well as multi-octave antenna systems are available for fixed, mobile, and tactical applications. ARA supplies unique antenna systems in both High Volume quantities and smaller order quantities. We have supplied tens of thousands of antennas for over 50 years.

Pembroke, Massachusetts Office
Design new antenna products and accessories. Prepare engineering sketches for construction of prototypes. Perform structural analysis of simple designs. Assemble prototypes and test mechanically. Write technical and cost proposals. Create Test Requirements, ATP, and Manuals. Provide customer contact and Program Management. Act as Lead engineer on major projects. Support manufacture of production antennas. Design for manufacture.
The Production Supervisor provides work direction and leadership to production employees within the guidelines of standard work rules and employment policies. Monitors all stages of the production process and ensures accurate fulfillment of customer orders through appropriate production scheduling. Holds self and others accountable for promoting safety rules and regulations, and acts in accordance with the requirements for efficiency, safety, and quality.
Performs all Range Technician’s duties. Plans sequence of testing for equipment according to blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and other specifications. Confers with engineers, supervisor, and other technical workers to assist with equipment test and repair techniques. Analyzes and converts test data, using mathematical formulas, and reports results and proposed modifications. Sets up test equipment and conducts tests on performance and reliability of mechanical, structural, or electromechanical equipment. Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems. Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Assemble machined parts with the required hardware, calibrate the test set-up to make measurements based on test plan and create test reports.

Assembles systems and support structures, and installs components, units, and printed circuit boards, following specifications and using hand tools and power tools.
Load and operate CNC milling machine and lathe.
Design, develop, test components and/or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.
