At Antenna Research , we design, develop, and manufacture Antennas and RF Systems for both military and civilian applications. ARA supplies antennas for Communication Networks, RF Surveillance, RF Jamming, Public Safety Networks, and Civilian markets.
ARA products cover all of the commercial and military frequency bands from 10 Hz to 80 GHz.
Antennas optimized for specific bands, as well as multi-octave antenna systems are available for fixed, mobile, and tactical applications. ARA supplies unique antenna systems in both High Volume quantities and smaller order quantities. We have supplied tens of thousands of antennas for over 50 years.
At ARA we are best known for our commitment to quality products that serve both civilian customers and save military lives. All ARA facilities maintain rigorous Quality Management Systems (QMS) based upon ISO 9001:2015.
ARA’s engineering and manufacturing operations include two facilities in Beltsville, Maryland and a facility that includes a Long Range Antenna Testing field in Pembroke, Massachusetts. All of our facilities are DoD compliant.
Our newest facility in Beltsville, MD, was inaugurated in 2009 by the Lt. Governor of Maryland. It has been recognized an excellent manufacturing facility by the Office of the County Executive.

Beltsville, Maryland Office
Provide configuration Control support for a manufacture of RF and technically intensive products. Help to establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has technical knowledge of change control processes. Interpret customer requirements to assure technical product compliance on an ongoing basis.
Evaluates manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials; soliciting observations from manufacturing personnel.
Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple programs or large-scale programs within contract requirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met.
Responsible for initiating, installing, and maintaining the ISO-9001:2015 programs. The site lead is also responsible for establishing and maintaining processes needed for the quality management system.
Pembroke, Massachusetts Office
Load and operate CNC milling machine and lathe.
Responsible for planning and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements as well as managing inventory availability.
Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of key programs.
