Don Flodin

Don Flodin has over 35 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry with an outstanding record in leading defense businesses through significant change, process improvement, productivity gains and profitability improvement. He has extensive experience in general management, engineering management, strategic planning, program management and business development. As ARA's Vice President of Production Operations, he is responsible for staff and program oversight and the execution of the company's strategic plan to establish market leadership for its antenna and array products. Prior to his role at ARA, Mr. Flodin served as the Vice President of Operations at SI2 Technologies that was acquired by ARA in 2022. He previously served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning at Textron Systems where he was responsible for planning, organizing and preparing business line and division strategic plans, identifying targets for acquisition, and the qualification and integration of those acquisitions. His earlier experience includes 22 years in various positions at Northrop Grumman's Oceanic Division in Annapolis, MD, followed by two years as the director of antisubmarine warfare business and site manager at the Northrop Grumman Sykesville, MD facility. Mr. Flodin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Business Administration Degree in management and international business from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
