Bill Gattle
Bill Gattle is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Antenna Research Associates, a defense electronics company that specializes in antenna and RF amplifier capabilities. He brings over three decades of experience in the space, airborne, and intelligence markets, driving innovation and change to help national security customers solve their most challenging problems.
Previously, Bill served as Chief Executive Officer of LightRidge Solutions, a space and defense technology company specializing in high-performance space and air collectors and sensors, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Prior to LightRidge, he was President of Space Systems for L3Harris Technologies’ Space & Airborne Systems segment, where he was responsible for the business strategy, financial performance, and successful execution of all programs within the space systems sector.
Before leading Space Systems, he was President for Harris Corporation’s Space and Intelligence Systems segment until the company’s merger with L3 Technologies. In this role, Bill covered an extensive portfolio of collection solutions in the intelligence community, air and space surveillance, small satellites, electronic warfare, wireless solutions, and C4I systems.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida and serves on UF’s Dean’s Advisory Board and has served on the Space Foundation Board. He has been a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and the National Space Council.
Ash Srivastava
Ash Srivastava is ARA’s Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the company’s financial strategy, operations, and contract compliance as it advances strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining ARA, Srivastava served as executive vice president and CFO at kSARIA Interconnect, where he helped lead a $208 million revenue expansion over a five-year period. He also managed the financial integration of four acquisitions and formalized financial operating procedures across the company’s divisions.
Srivastava, a certified management accountant, holds a doctorate in finance from the University of Toronto. He also earned a master’s degree in finance from Concordia University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India.
Frank Morgan
Frank Morgan is Chief Operating Officer at Antenna Research Associates, where he oversees company-wide operations while supporting strategic growth initiatives and integration efforts. He brings over three decades of experience scaling and transforming defense electronics and industrial businesses to the role.
Prior to joining ARA, Morgan served as Chief Operating Officer at Voyager Technologies (NYSE:VOYG), where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth and successful public offering in 2025. He previously held roles as Vice President and General Manager at L3 Harris, and earlier as Vice President and General Manager at Smiths Group.
Morgan holds an M.B.A from Trinity College Dublin and a B.S. in Business from University College Dublin.
Adil Karim
Adil Karim is Chief Technology Officer at Antenna Research Associates. He brings extensive experience in technical leadership and business development for complex defense systems to this role.
Prior to joining ARA, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Mission Solutions at Northrop Grumman, where he oversaw business development, investment strategy, and mission analysis across three business units. He previously served as Chief Engineer for Architecture Initiatives in the Department of the Air Force and as Science and Technology Advisor for the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.
Karim holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester, and a B.S. in Applied Physics from the California Institute of Technology.
Bill Watson
Bill Watson has an expansive career leading, building, and growing companies. As Chief Strategy Officer, he identifies areas of growth by pursuing new markets and strengthening ARA’s presence in existing ones.
Watson’s career spans more than 30 years in all aspects of the defense industry, including engineering, manufacturing, and program management. Most recently, he served as CEO of RADA Technologies LLC. In this position, he grew a FOCI-mitigated operation to expand RADA Electronic Industries into the US market until RADA was acquired by DRS Technologies. Prior to this position, Watson served as VP of Sales and Business Development for L3 Technologies and Safran. He also brings 13 years of experience as VP or Executive Director of various departments at DRS Technologies.
Jay Abendroth
Jay Abendroth is Chief Growth Officer at ARA, where he leads growth strategy and business development efforts while advancing priority contract opportunities that leverage the company’s innovative antenna and RF capabilities.
Abendroth previously served as President of the Airborne Combat Systems Sector and the Integrated Vision Solutions Sector at L3Harris, where he led teams delivering sophisticated capabilities supporting complex missions. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of the Mission Business Unit and Vice President of Global Program Management at Mercury Systems.
Abendroth holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Syracuse University, as well as an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
