Description

The ARA-6060 is a two-port antenna with two omni-directional broadband dipoles. The Low band dipole is designed to work from 600 MHz to 2700 MHz. This is a unique dipole developed under a DTRA contract that provides broadband operation while maintaining consistent gain. The High band dipole operates from 2400 to 6000 MHz and has a parasitic element to enhance gain at the horizon. Mechanically, the ARA-6060 is designed to withstand a variety of environmental conditions using MIL-STD-810F environmental testing standards. The antenna is mounted in a sealed dielectric radome. The antenna comes equipped with a standard NATO 4-hole mount base and durable Type-N-F and TNC-F connectors.
