Description
ARA’s highly efficient, wideband, high-power AESA uses a patented, tightly coupled dipole array (TCDA) architecture. The TCDA exhibits extremely high aperture efficiency and low scan loss over up to 6:1 bandwidths, and can produce multiple independent high-power beams over a wide (120°+) field of view (FOV). This architecture is readily scalable in size, form factor, and frequency ranges from 1 to 20 GHz to accomodate evolving DoD requirements.
