SI2’s weapons datalink and communications antennas fall into two families – omnidirectional, low-gain wraparound antennas and directional, higher-gain Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) antennas – to provide solutions for different weapons platform applications. SI2’s low-gain wraparound antennas are scalable in frequency and adaptable to various platforms, have been demonstrated to survive setback shock levels of up to 35,000g, and are capable of operating in extreme aerothermal heating environments.
