Ash Srivastava

Ash Srivastava, is ARA's Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the company's financial strategy, operations and contract compliance as it advances strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining ARA, Srivastava served as executive vice president and CFO at kSARIA Interconnect, where he helped lead a $208 million revenue expansion over a five-year period. He also managed the financial integration of four acquisitions and formalized financial operating procedures across the company's divisions. Srivastava, a certified management accountant, holds a doctorate in finance from the University of Toronto. He also earned a master's degree in finance from Concordia University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India.
