Adil Karim

Adil Karim is Chief Technology Officer at Antenna Research Associates. He brings extensive experience in technical leadership and business development for complex defense systems to this role. Prior to joining ARA, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Mission Solutions at Northrop Grumman, where he oversaw business development, investment strategy, and mission analysis across three business units. He previously served as Chief Engineer for Architecture Initiatives in the Department of the Air Force and as Science and Technology Advisor for the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. Karim holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester, and a B.S. in Applied Physics from the California Institute of Technology.
