Frank Morgan is Chief Operating Officer at Antenna Research Associates, where he oversees company-wide operations while supporting strategic growth initiatives and integration efforts. He brings over three decades of experience scaling and transforming defense electronics and industrial businesses to the role. Prior to joining ARA, Morgan served as Chief Operating Officer at Voyager Technologies (NYSE:VOYG), where he played a key role in driving the company's growth and successful public offering in 2025. He previously held roles as Vice President and General Manager at L3 Harris, and earlier as Vice President and General Manager at Smiths Group. Morgan holds an M.B.A from Trinity College Dublin and a B.S. in Business from University College Dublin.
